Iyi ndwara ntabwo izwi cyane, ariko na yo ihitana benshi muri iyi minsi. Ni indwara y’imitsi ijyana amaraso mu bwonko. Iyi iyi ndwara yitwa AVC (Accident Vasculaire – Cerebral) mu Gifaransa, cyangwa Stroke mu Kingereza. Bivugwa ko umuntu arwaye iyi ndwara, mu gihe imitsi   ijyana amaraso mu bwonko yacitse cyangwa ituritse bityo  amaraso arimo intungamubiri n’umwuka duhumeka (Oxygen)  ntabashe kugera mu  ubwonko.   • Kugabanya umubyibuho ukora imyitozo ngororamubiri
  • Kurya imbuto n’imboga z’ibihuru (Imboga rwatsi)
